Ahoy! I wasn’t around last week, or I was asleep, whatevs. Have some nice things from across the grand expanse of the internets…
Cute Poppytalk weekend project, door shelf! Unfortunately I think all the doors in my house are at corners of the room, so this probably wouldn’t work… pretty, though.
Custom painted nikes from Happy Cash, loving these Mario ones… there’re also some neat hello kitty ones. Unfortunately all seem to be sold out..!
Another cute studio on Unplggd, makes me wish I had the energy to sort my small space out. Bah!
Pixels. This video was doing the rounds the other week, it’s super neat and geeky. Had a hard time tracking it down again, seems to have been removed from a few places because of copyright stuff. Here it is, though.
And finally a nice, friendly introduction to PHP from Smashing Mag. Soon, me and PHP will be firm friends!
This guy is a super genius. Look at those dunks! they’re all metal and shit! :O
Are you gearing up for Halloween? We are! I’m going to start decorating the house this weekend, homemade decorations a-go-go! Heidi from My Paper Crane made some great window decorations.
I’ve also been having lots of fun getting together small Christmas goodie bags for the orders made from finestimaginary.com and the folksy/etsy store. Hard to decide what to put in them though!!
Sarah Von, from yesandyes.org, wrote this great guest post all about New Zealand. I think we might visit there for a few days in April on our way back from Australia (looking likely we’re going again, and I will go out of my way to see a freakin’ wild Kangaroo this time! God damnit!).
It’s been a few weeks since the last weekly good stuff post, I’m sorry, I have excuses but they’re boring and mainly about me being sleepy. So here’s the return, with some stuff that’s pretty ancient. Mwa x
Christ, someone needs to make these in adult sizes! RAPTOR! I would totally survive a raptor attack.
Amazing hello kitty anatomy toys, read more here at Dr Romaneilli’s site.
Hello nike burger, I would like to eat you. Maybe.
Sorry about that title, I should have been a poet, non? …
I spotted these items of lustification on one of the sneaker blogs I read. ZOMG, luscious, right? I can totally see these being rocked with some kinda lacey tea dress. Definitely. Not much known about these babies yet, but alas, I shall endeavor to keep you updated… especially when they exist on my feet.
Take a look at the diana multi pinhole camera, this looks amazing! Find it on the lomo website.
This week on twitter, I’ve been mostly enjoying #moonfruit.
I want those nikes this much. I’ve been playing with outfit ideas on polyvore. Note the watch of dreams, too.
My flickr favourites seem to have a ridiculous amount of norwegian forest kittens.Tiem to start looking at other things again!
Happy 4th of July weekend to all my American friends, we’re headed out for steaks tomorrow night in celebration!

Hi, I'm Kim. Between being a web designer and making pretty things I'm mostly interested in Creatures (regular and crypto), geekiness, my inner domestic goddess, drawing and coffee.
