It finally arrived ^.^ Even the packaging is hella cute… Unlike the barbie stuff though, I’m going to dispose of this. I’ve developed an unhoardistic nature these past few weeks.
Lookit! Lookit! So pretty & pink. So we have, lipglass in Mimmy, lipstick in strayin, lip conditioner in Pink Fish, nail varnish in Something About Pink and beauty powder/blush in tippy. The packaging is so wonderful, and even better than the barbie stuff (just the addition of sparkle to the plastic makes it a bit more special). For once, not just the blush and beauty powder has had attention paid to the product either….
Guess I’ll only be using this to the tip’s of Kitty’s ears, then :)

I’m in hearts with this vinyl el chupacabra (for my cryptozoologically sheltered readers, you can find out more about the little beast here!), there’s a flickr set with loads of other photos of this goat sucking fiend, too!
For some reason I book marked two baking things this week, including a 14 layer cake and some minty minty cupcakes! I might make some of the later this weekend.
These penguin classic redesign versions of the harry potter books are lovely lovely. Apparently going to be available as prints soon, will definitely keep a look out for them! You should also check out the spiderwick chroncicles, and lemony snicket versions (on the same blog), too!

In other news, Oh Em Gee, we’ve exchanged contracts for our P.O.S house. Means we get the keys on tuesday. Uber excitment/scariness.
Seems like my favourite makeup brand of all time have yet again pulled something ha-mazing from their magical hat. I became obsessed with the MAC barbie items that came out a year or two ago, even snagging myself one of the covetted MAC barbie dolls :D Well, in February/March ’09 there’s an even more spectacular range coming to a counter near you. A fantastical collaboration between MAC and Sanrio, bringing out most favourite little kitty to the packaging of the prettiest pink shades of MAC makeup. Christ, I’m more excited about this than the time I got whacked out on orange smarties, srsly.
It’s gunna be split into two separate ranges, one is Hello Kitty Colour (Oh, Canada, thanks for keeping the real spelling) and the other is Hello Kitty Kouture. The latter will be a bit more pricey, but yeh, swarovski encrusted mystery power. Yom.
