This has been how we spend our weekends lately, packing away the majority of stuff we won’t need for a while (including the hand-me-down plates you see above!). This weekend was a big one, the house really looks like we’re set to move out soon. There’s not much left on the walls, most of the kitchen cupboards are empty – or at least sparse. I piled a tonne of clothes into an ikea bag this morning, and took photos of another bag full to list on ebay. I’ve kinda got away with not doing much packing this weekend because I am SICK, yak. I have a gross cold and cough which has exhausted me! I was asleep at 9.30 last night! crazy!
So today we made goulash using some pork shoulder steaks. It’s a super easy and tastey recipe available here, and one of the great things is it uses a relatively cheap cut of pork. Cook it for super long on a low heat and the meet just pulls apart – yummy!
