A little about me…
Well, hello there, doll!
I’m Kim Lawler. I’m 25 now, wow, how did that happen? I wear lovely pink glasses and spend my days making things work on the internet. I spend the rest of my time running my growing business, http://www.finestimaginary.com, and hanging out with cats. I live in the UK in a large town called Huddersfield, which is in Yorkshire.. but not the super pretty part, although that’s real close by.
I have a degree in something akin to fine art, which I completed in Manchester a few years ago. I like taking lots of photos and use a Canon 400d for the task, I also enjoy cooking (I designed our new kitchen) and dinosaurs.
When I was little I wanted to be a vet, when I grow up I want to write a novel.

I started writing this blog as a general record of my day-to-day life, there are regular posts about things that I find interesting (such as web design, travel, fashion, art & photography), things that inspire me, daily life and recipes. I also somehow manage to rope a number of my friends into writing smashing guest posts about their own fields of work & lives, these have included days in the life of Astrophysicists & super geeky star trek reports. I have several plans to evolve this blog and website, so stay tuned :)
Supporting Cast
I live with a boy called Adam who is pretty much a genius and knows all about stars and stuff, he’s cute. Adam’s brother also lives with us in our colourful house in the top left corner. His room smells, so I don’t often go in there. We also have two cats called Bramble & Pumpkin who are just over a year old, and three White Cloud Mountain minnows who live in a biorb, they’re called Alpha, Beta & Gamma – I don’t know which is which.
